Making A Purchase:
Purchasing is easy. Look through the catalogue and click on BUY NOW on any items you wish to buy and this puts them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Method of Payment:
All payments are currently via PayPal. Pay Pal accepts all major International credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal accounts. All purchases are made in Great British Pounds (Sterling). PayPal is a verified, 100% secure, payment site.

Payment Alternatives:
Cheque - we can accept a cheque in British Pounds drawn on a UK bank.
International Money Order - we can accept an IMO in British Pounds Sterling only.
These should be made payable to Central Control International Ltd. Please note that payment by these methods may lead to a delay in the dispatch of your order as we must wait for payment to clear before sending the goods.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

If we suspect any order to be fraudulent, we will cancel the order.

Shipping And Handling:
Unless you request otherwise your order will be sent via standard post at your own risk. We can send by recorded delivery for an additional charge of £0.80 in the UK and £4.10 for the rest of the world. If you would like to order a large quantity or would prefer to use a courier service, please contact us for assistance.

We process your order right away, but please allow 28 days for delivery.
